Refund & Return Policy

1. Physical Products (Books / Printed Material)

Refunds or replacements for physical products will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Damaged Product:
    If the product is received in a damaged, torn, or unusable condition.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered:
    If the item delivered does not match the order placed.

📌 Important Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • Requests raised after this period will not be entertained.
  • Shipping, handling, and operational charges may be deducted before processing any refund.
  • The final approval of refunds or replacements remains at the discretion of the platform administration.

2. Digital Products & Online Courses

  • No refunds are applicable for:
    • Online courses
    • Recorded lectures
    • Digital notes or PDFs
    • Test series
    • Any downloadable or streaming academic content

Once access is granted, the purchase is considered final.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation requests will be accepted only before dispatch of physical products.
  • Once the product is handed over to the logistics partner, cancellation will not be possible.

No Exchange Policy

  • Product exchange is strictly not allowed under any circumstances.
